The CSS Academy equips dedicated volunteers with professional-grade security knowledge, leadership skills, and practical tools to help safeguard Jewish institutions nationwide.
Through immersive, multi-day training led by experienced security professionals, participants gain expertise in security planning, emergency response, surveillance detection, volunteer team leadership, and coordination with law enforcement and security partners.
Academy graduates return to their communities prepared to strengthen local security programs, mentor fellow volunteers, and help build sustainable security capabilities for synagogues, schools, campuses, and community organizations.
As threats facing Jewish communities continue to evolve, the Academy serves as a vital investment in community resilience, empowering individuals to make a meaningful and lasting impact where it matters most.
